Appearance:
Bright green, reminiscent of chlorophyll.
Aroma: Intense green fruitiness with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato leaf, and green pepper.
Taste: Silky on the palate, with medium bitterness and a lasting medium-high peppery finish, evoking green almond.

This oil may thicken at low temperatures and naturally return to its original state at room temperature. Unfiltered sediments may appear at the bottom, without affecting quality. Store in a cool, dark place to preserve freshness.

Many products labeled as EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL are actually low-quality, often sold by major brands.
